►Production process:
The production process is divided into three processes.
First, corresponding raw materials need to be prepared according to customer order requirements for granulation. After granulation is completed, we will extrude the produced granules and apply adhesive at the same time according to customer requirements such as specifications, embossing, and whether to press logos. For this process, solid-color products are completed. Products such as wood grain that require further surface processing will be transferred to the printing department for printing and color adjustment to finally produce the final product.
